Conference Registration

Registration is required for all people planning to attend the conference, including speakers.

*Member refers to financial members of AAIMH or IMHAANZ
**Student refers to a full-time student (a copy of the student’s identification card must be provided).

The registration fee entitles delegates to:

  • attend all conferences sessions
  • access all conference publications
  • conference satchel
  • attend the Welcome Reception (on Thursday evening, 5.30 to 7.00pm, 7 November 2024)
  • morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea

Day registrants will be able to attend either; Friday or Saturday’s sessions.

Pre-Conference Workshops include morning/afternoon tea. Lunch (12.00-1.00pm) at own cost.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Conference Secretariat.

  • Cancellations made before 4 October 2024 will incur an AUD$100.00 cancellation fee. The registration fee will be fully refunded.
  • Cancellations made on or after the 5 October 2024 will not receive a refund of fees paid.
  • Registrations are however transferable if made via the Conference Secretariat.
